- Product Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with our products and develop a strong knowledge base.
- Order Processing: Process online orders by printing tickets.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels and ensure up-to-date information across all online marketplaces.
- Warehouse Collaboration: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient operations.
- Returns and Refunds: Track returns and refunds, and liaise with courier companies for smooth delivery.
