Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to lead customer lifecycle management, overseeing the enhancement of product propositions and managing customer service.

This role involves driving digitization initiatives for product development, client services, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of wealth management propositions, mutual fund industry operations, and customer service life cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to teams involved in product development, client services, and operations.
  • Drive digitization initiatives to enhance business processes and improve customer experience.
  • Enhance product offerings and create synergies between client-facing units.
  • Leverage technology to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of various units and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies as required.

Required Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of wealth management propositions and mutual fund industry operations.
  • Proven track record in product development and operational activities.
  • Well-versed in customer service life cycle management.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and facilitation skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters or MBA preferred).
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a senior leadership role.
