Business Development Manager

This is a key role that will directly contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and generating revenue for the business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Client Retention and Activation: Persuading existing clients to re-engage and provide work.
  2. New Client Acquisition: Researching and identifying potential new clients and proposing the best solutions.
  3. Revenue Generation: Demonstrating how they have generated revenue for businesses in the UK.
  4. Research and Tendering: Regularly researching available tenders and business opportunities.
  5. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled.

The requirements for this role include:

  1. Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager with a successful track record of generating revenue.
  2. Proven Results: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
  3. Can-Do Attitude: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  4. Sales-Driven: A strong passion for sales and business development, with a clear focus on results.
  5. Remote Working Experience: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

The successful candidate will have a graduate degree and fluent spoken English.
