ERP Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an ERP Technical Support Specialist. This role involves providing technical support for ERP systems, troubleshooting and resolving system errors, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality client support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP platforms, a strong understanding of SQL, and confidence in managing deployments, patch fixes, and database configurations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for ERP systems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose system errors, bugs, and configuration issues.
  • Support ERP deployments, patch fixes, and database configurations.
  • Help clients with data migration, user access, and initial setup.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Dev, Implementation) to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate ticket logs and ensure resolution within SLA.
  • Prepare documentation, FAQs, and support materials for recurring queries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Payroll).
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE).
  • Familiar with server-side tasks like ERP deployment, patch fixing, and DB setup.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
