The role of an HR Officer is a key position in our organization, playing a vital part in driving human resources initiatives forward. We are seeking an experienced professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute their expertise to develop a vibrant and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring seamless payroll processing and management of attendance, leaves, and salary details.
- Support the development and implementation of HR systems, fostering innovation and excellence within the organization.
- Provide expert counseling on policies and procedures, promoting a healthy work environment.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, and managing the hiring process, resulting in a successful candidate experience.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the team.
- Design and implement company policies that promote a positive work-life balance and well-being.
- Develop compensation and benefits plans, taking into account market trends and organizational goals.
- Support and suggest improvements to the recruitment process, enhancing the overall candidate experience.
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans, providing valuable insights for future talent acquisition.
- Create and publish job ads on various platforms, showcasing the organization's employer brand.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events, building relationships and establishing a strong talent pipeline.
