Are you eager to develop your skills in the field of Human Resources and gain hands-on experience? We have an exciting opportunity for a People & Culture Trainee to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and looking to build a strong foundation in HR. You will contribute to important projects and support the overall employee experience, while learning how different areas of the People & Culture function work together to enable organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding and Social Media: Assist in enhancing our company's branding efforts by supporting LinkedIn campaigns, Glassdoor updates, and employee advocacy programs. This includes creating engaging content, posts, and managing ad-hoc campaigns for social media platforms.
  • Learning and Development: Facilitate the coordination of learning and development activities, including training needs assessments (TNA), industry connections, and reward programs. Assist in organizing sessions like book clubs and other knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of mental health programs, town halls, and annual/biannual events aimed at fostering employee engagement and well-being. Contribute to CSR initiatives as needed.
  • Onboarding and Recruitment: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Organize onboarding presentations, update procedures, and ensure a smooth transition for new team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives focusing on automation, workflow optimizations, and overall HR efficiency.
  • Generalist HR Support: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all HR functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Students in their last year and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications; Familiarity with Canva is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
