
Personal Assistant to CEO

The role of a Personal Assistant to the CEO is to provide administrative support to the Director.
Responsibilities- Email Management: Review and respond to emails, forward relevant information, and take action as required.
- Phone Calls: Make two phone calls daily to update the Director on email status and actions required.
- Meeting Coordination: Manage appointments and meetings, including travel arrangements when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain filing systems and follow up on older emails requiring action.
- Quote Follow-up: Update the status of quotes provided to clients.
- Email Communication: Send mass or individual emails to directed clients.
- Research: Research prospects listings on the internet and file them into SAP accordingly.
- Mailing List Creation: Create a mailing list for prospects and follow up with template letters.
Must be well-versed in speaking and written English. Qualification must be Graduate or Masters. Job work: Remotely. Will provide necessary tools for the job. Must be extremely reliable.
