Job Description
Momin Solutions seeks a skilled Global Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our US/UK customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and policies.
- Handle booking requests, cancellations, and refunds with efficiency and care.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on issues promptly.
- Address customer reviews and feedback constructively.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of working experience in an International Call Center is required.
- Prior experience in international call centers or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Excellent communication, language fluency, computer literacy, and phone etiquette are essential for success.
- Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with customers.
- Candidates with A Level/Intermediate background or Graduates with any major are preferred.
