Job Description

Momin Solutions seeks a skilled Global Support Representative to provide exceptional support to our US/UK customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our properties, services, and policies.
  • Handle booking requests, cancellations, and refunds with efficiency and care.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by following up on issues promptly.
  • Address customer reviews and feedback constructively.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 6 months of working experience in an International Call Center is required.
  2. Prior experience in international call centers or customer service roles is highly valued.
  3. Excellent communication, language fluency, computer literacy, and phone etiquette are essential for success.
  4. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building rapport with customers.
  6. Candidates with A Level/Intermediate background or Graduates with any major are preferred.
