Job Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success/Sales Specialist for our Lahore office. This role involves managing outbound/inbound calling to prospective clients, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and maximize value.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance their experience and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Hold product demonstrations and improve onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration.
  • Evaluate and refine tutorials and other communication infrastructure to optimize customer interactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships between clients and the organization, resolving customer requests and complaints efficiently.
  • Aid in product design and development, minimizing customer churn and fostering long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in customer success/service/sales or communications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating leadership qualities and high computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with customer success processes and experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Patient and active listener with a passion for sales and revenue-based experience.
  • Working understanding of data protection technologies and ability to learn new software.
