Job Summary:
Vire HR Solutions is seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, chat, and other communication channels.
- Handle complaints and resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company's products, services, and processes.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customers are satisfied with the resolution.
- Assist in identifying trends and suggesting process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
