Property Operations Coordinator

This is an ideal role for a highly organized and tech-savvy professional with expertise in real estate operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish seamless communication between ownership and property management teams.
  • Effectively manage maintenance tasks, utilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Monitor leasing activity and ensure timely follow-ups are completed.
  • Schedule, track, and ensure completion of work orders and projects.
  • Track rent collections and assist with financial reporting and delinquencies.
  • Manage the principal's calendar, correspondence, and meeting logistics efficiently.
Key Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting an executive or managing real estate operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in tools such as Buildium, AppFolio, Google Workspace, and Excel.
A Typical Workday:

You will start your day by reviewing the owner's schedule, urgent maintenance requests, and ongoing vendor projects. You will shift between tasks such as analyzing leasing data, handling tenant inquiries, and coordinating with contractors effectively.
