Job Description
The HR Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding, while maintaining compliance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong focus on process execution with attention to detail, employee experience, and continuous improvement in HR systems.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-onboarding processes, collect and accurately file employee documentation, and create/update records in HR systems.
- Oversee probation completion, conduct meetings, share feedback, and manage performance review cycles.
- Address employee concerns, organize engagement initiatives, and maintain/monitor retention data.
- Ensure policies are up-to-date and effectively communicated, collaborate with leadership to update policy manuals.
- Maintain HR update sheets, coordinate with finance, oversee benefits, and manage EOBI registration.
- Oversee resignation approvals, clearance processes, and exit formalities.
