Job Title

Sr Product Manager

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in transforming the customer experience by managing and optimizing order modifications. This includes developing self-service features, enhancing the post-order journey for customers, and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis and market research.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity that requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement self-service features to enable customers to manage their orders.
  2. Identify pain points and opportunities in the post-order experience through customer feedback, data analysis, and market research.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between automated solutions and human support.
  4. Manage multiple stakeholders across the organization.
  5. Define and manage the product roadmap, setting expectations with stakeholders.
  6. Establish requirements definition processes to achieve desired outcomes.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair business goals.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of designing and delivering software products in a product management role.
  2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  3. Experience in leading teams to meet aggressive goals.
  4. BA/BS required in computer science or business administration.
  5. Demonstrated ability to influence teams across the organization.
  6. Knowledge of web applications and innovative product-platforms.
