We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing complex ERP implementations, with specific experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations across various modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.). This role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, and technical understanding of SAP systems.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects. They will define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Additionally, they will manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, SAP consultants, and external vendors. They will develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk registers.

Furthermore, the candidate will ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile/Waterfall). They will facilitate change management and user training activities. The candidate will drive stakeholder communication and manage executive-level reporting. Additionally, they will manage testing, cut over, and go-live activities. Finally, they will monitor post-go-live support and issue resolution.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field is required (MBA or PMP certification is an asset). The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of project management experience. A proven track record of delivering full-cycle SAP implementations or migrations is necessary. Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or SuccessFactors (depending on project scope) is also required.

Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills are essential. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are also required. The ability to manage multiple projects or work streams simultaneously is necessary for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA certification or training is an asset. Experience in industry-specific SAP deployments (e.g., manufacturing, retail, utilities) is also beneficial. Exposure to cloud-based SAP deployments and integrations is desirable.
