We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to lead our human resources practices and processes.
- Develop and implement business-focused HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our organization's overall goals.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues in a fair and efficient manner.
- Manage the recruitment process to attract top talent and select the best candidates for available positions.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and excellence.
- Maintain a competitive pay plan and benefits program that attracts and retains top talent.
- Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Report to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong business acumen and ability to architect strategy.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
