About Our Organization

We are seeking an Executive HR who will be instrumental in driving the implementation and management of our human resources processes using technology. In this key role, you will lead projects that enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and support our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HRIS solutions to drive business results.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Design and enhance HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide insights to senior leaders.
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in HRIS technology and recommend solutions to improve processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance issues, and best practices in HR technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across various teams and levels.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a passion for continuous improvement.
