Remote Support Specialist

This role involves providing remote support to senior management, encompassing the oversight of routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, generating reports, responding to calls, assisting clients, and other administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flexible environment. A higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field are required, along with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Overseeing a small remote team
- Submitting reports and preparing proposals and presentations as needed
- Attending meetings as required
- Compiling and presenting daily reports
- Organizing and managing daily tasks
