
Exceptional Onboarding Specialist

Expert Experience Delivery is a key role within the People Experience department that encompasses end-to-end responsibility for managing and delivering challenging projects related to Employee Experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating and completing pre-employment procedures, maintaining data integrity, and delivering a superior new hire experience.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, liaising with team members, and ensuring seamless operational execution of the employee journey from resignation to settlement payout. This includes effective engagement with leavers, clearance stakeholders, and business partners, as well as gathering employee feedback and designing interventions to improve the offboarding experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating and completing all pre-employment procedures in accordance with company policies and guidelines while maintaining data integrity.
- Demonstrating a high level of customer service, maintaining quality and professionalism throughout the pre-employment onboarding process.
- Liaising with stakeholders to deliver business tools and maintain tight controls, initiating follow-ups where required.
- Delivering joining day inductions, including policy overviews, business tool handovers, and relevant onboarding necessities.
- Managing post-joining onboarding calendars and ensuring orientation sessions run smoothly.
- Monitoring the onboarding team's performance on KPIs, TATs, and employee feedback, taking necessary interventions to improve the experience.
- Driving digitization initiatives to transform the digital onboarding experience.
- Managing the delivery of a great farewell experience for leavers, effectively executing offboarding procedures, including engagement with leavers, clearance stakeholders, and business partners.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a customer services role with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and project management skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and internal P&O team members, as well as external stakeholders, including background check vendors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
