Job Title: Lead Generation SpecialistUnlock Your Potential in Remote Lead Generation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and managing potential client leads through online marketplaces like Upwork and similar platforms.

Your primary goal will be to craft effective proposals that generate new business opportunities, track and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates, and coordinate with internal sales or technical teams to support project scope discussions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of online marketplaces, excellent written English and communication skills, and the ability to tailor outreach messages to clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and apply for relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Customize and send compelling job proposals to potential clients daily.
  • Track and follow up on leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal sales or technical teams to support project scope discussions.
  • Maintain a daily log/report of bids, responses, and follow-ups.
  • Optimize profile visibility, proposal templates, and job filters.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Upwork lead generation or bidding.
  • Strong written English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Upwork interface, bidding strategy, and category tagging.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to meet daily/weekly lead targets.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets is a plus.
