Director of Sponsorship

We're an event production and creative agency seeking a driven professional to join us as Director of Sponsorship & Business Development.

  • This is a leadership role that requires building partnerships, closing deals, and growing brand presence across Pakistan.
  • You'll work closely with the CEO, have your own team, and handle major accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach brands, businesses, and sponsors aligned with our events.
  • Develop custom sponsorship plans and proposals.
  • Build and maintain sponsor relationships.
  • Attend meetings, pitch presentations, and negotiate agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for activation execution.
  • Lead a sub-team of core members for execution and documentation.
