We are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Strategist to spearhead international talent acquisition and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop a comprehensive strategy for sourcing top global talent, including managing relationships with international recruitment agencies and online platforms.
  • Hiring Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements across different regions, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Onboarding Experience: Design and implement a seamless onboarding process for international new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across different regions, maintaining accurate records and managing HR systems with a focus on data integrity.
  • Employee Lifecycle: Support employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, engagement, and offboarding, analyzing key metrics to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or people experience roles, demonstrating expertise in strategic planning and execution.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR practices, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS, and other HR tools.
