Job Overview

The C-Level Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior-level executives. This role involves managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing high-quality correspondence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
