We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food production industry
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
