About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and lead our HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.">
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.">
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.">
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.">
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution and mediation.">
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives.">
  • Develop and administer performance appraisal programs.">
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.">
  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.">
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor laws and regulations.">
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.">
  • Maintain and manage employee records and HR documentation.">
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and compliance.">
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.">
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews to ensure competitive compensation packages.">
  • Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.">
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion.">
  • Lead organizational change management efforts.">

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.">
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a professional services or accounting firm.">
    • In-depth knowledge of Australian labor laws and HR best practices.">
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.">
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.">
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.">
    • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.">
