Program Implementation and Documentation Coordinator Job Summary

This position involves overseeing the implementation of program activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. The successful candidate will have experience in program coordination and documentation, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Program Coordination & Implementation
  • Coordinate the implementation of program activities, working closely with team members to ensure effective delivery.
  • Supervise Women and Girls Friendly Spaces (WGFS), providing guidance and support to staff.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and field teams to deliver quality services.
  • Support capacity-building initiatives for WGFS staff, focusing on skills development and knowledge sharing.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of program activities, including reports, minutes, and records.
  • Prepare high-quality reports for stakeholders, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Design and update program databases, tracking progress and impact.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of WGFS activities, including attendance, services, and case referrals.
Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Support the development of monitoring frameworks to assess program effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery at WGFS.
Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government agencies.
  • Support advocacy efforts to advance women's rights and prevent GBV.
  • Foster awareness-raising sessions and community engagement activities to promote program objectives.
Administrative & Logistical Support
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and logistical arrangements for program activities.
  • Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
  • Process financial and administrative documentation in a timely manner.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
