U.S. Marketing & Administrative Assistant Job Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the company, encompassing administrative and marketing functions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls and offer assistance to clients and agents in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate schedules for agents and coordinate appointments as needed.
  • Create engaging advertisements for properties across various online platforms.
  • Design eye-catching flyers and marketing materials for distribution purposes.
  • Ensure the company website and social media pages are up-to-date and visually appealing.
  • Assist with the development of digital marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
  • Analyze and track marketing performance metrics to inform future decisions.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document preparation and correspondence services.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Possess an MBA in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media management tools, and online advertising platforms.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
  • Hold relevant experience in digital marketing or administrative support.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory for daily communication with U.S. management, colleagues, and clients.
  • Familiarity with real estate administration is preferred but not required.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in U.S. administrative support, marketing, or real estate is desired.
