Employee Growth Specialist

Job Description:

Support the Lead, Employee Growth in executing strategies to enhance employee engagement, onboarding, and overall organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the company culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads/executive team to customize onboarding plans for key positions.
  • Gather feedback from new hires and line managers to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement Strategies:

  • Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze employee engagement survey results and work with stakeholders to address areas of improvement.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of Annual dinner, including logistics and program delivery.
  • Organize team-building activities, regular connects, and other events to foster a positive work environment.

Retention Initiatives:

  • Monitor employee turnover rates and analyze data to identify trends and underlying causes of employee attrition.
  • Assist in designing and execution of exit interviews and surveys to gather insights into employee experiences and reasons for leaving.
  • Work with the Lead Employee Growth to develop and implement strategies to improve employee retention.
  • Propose and execute initiatives aimed at addressing key retention challenges.

Talent Development Programs:

  • Collaborate with the Lead Employee Growth to plan and implement talent development initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries and provide ongoing support to employees regarding talent development programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of talent development initiatives through feedback and assessments.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing project outcomes, areas of improvement, and future recommendations.
