Organizational Development Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of employees, encompassing day-to-day operational tasks. Key activities include employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, leave management, employee data management, compliance with labor laws and regulations, and addressing employee inquiries.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively across functions to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • HC Metrics and Reporting: Analyze HC data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage HC technologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HC best practices and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to ensure high employee performance and accountability.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HC strategies aligning with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Education Requirement: A Master's/BSc (Hons) degree in Management or similar discipline.

Experience Required: Minimum 8 years' experience in HC functions of large-scale entities.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills are essential.
