We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our client base in the US healthcare sector.
Job Description:- Identify and acquire new healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, private practices, and medical groups.
- Present tailored RCM solutions, medical billing, and credentialing services to decision-makers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships to drive referrals and recurring revenue.
- Leverage industry contacts, conferences, and digital sales strategies to tap into US healthcare networks.
- Collaborate with our RCM, billing, and operations teams to align services with client needs.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales for RCM, medical billing, or healthcare services.
- Strong network in the US healthcare industry, with connections to hospital administrators, practice managers, and physicians.
- Knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and payer regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close high-value deals.
- Experience with CRM tools, Appolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and healthcare sales strategies.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset, with a passion for sales and business growth.
