Key Network Operations Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Network Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining service KPIs, provisioning new services, rectifying faults promptly, achieving migration targets, planning network expansions, resolving customer issues, and maintaining strict HSE compliance.

Job Description

Maintain network performance standards by ensuring GPON/ADSL CHI at FF-99%/ADSL-83%, NITP at 18Hz, NITR at FF-13Hz/ADSL-25Hz.

  • Reduce service denials and repeats by implementing efficient processes and improving customer experience.
  • Ensure 100% clearance of QA and HSE audits within three months by maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
  • Manage field/customer operations including new service provisioning and fault rectification.
  • Achieve migration targets while improving OFON CHI and network reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • B.E/B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Software) or BS IT/BSCS (4-year program).
  • Strong technical competencies in GPON/ADSL technologies, power plant operations, switching/NGN networks, and service KPI analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with civic authorities.
