Online Engagement Specialist

Virtual Community ManagerWe are seeking a driven Virtual Community Manager to engage and interact with targeted online audiences, fostering connections and driving website traffic through strategic social media marketing initiatives.
This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy via competitor analysis, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Key responsibilities include generating, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content that establishes meaningful relationships and encourages community members to take action.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various social media platforms and content optimization techniques. They will establish and optimize company profiles across each platform to increase visibility of social content, moderate user-generated content in accordance with the moderation policy for each community, and continuously improve by analyzing and acting on social data, metrics, insights, and best practices.
Job Requirements- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of social networking and analytics tools are required.
- A solid understanding of major marketing channels and positive attitude, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with good multitasking and organizational abilities are necessary.
- Fluency in English is also required.
