Key Responsibilities- Administrative Coordination: Support account managers with various tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
- Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, coordinate restocks, and handle purchase orders efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, extracting insights to drive business decisions.
- Email Management: Manage email inboxes, scheduling, and administrative priorities effectively.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and community members via forums, comments, and direct messages.
- Marketing Data: Extract and organize marketing and ad performance data from various platforms.
- Operational Tasks: Assist with operational and hands-on tasks requiring strong technical skills.
- Remote Work Experience: At least 1 year of online/remote work experience required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient/advanced in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data organization). Experience with Zendesk, Shopify, RLM, Qlik, ClickUp, Asana, and Google Analytics preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Comfort: Comfortable working with inventory, order management systems, and data reporting platforms.
