Drive Growth Through Performance Marketing

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and improve customer acquisition. This role requires a data-driven mindset, a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS landscape, and the ability to scale campaigns in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Google Search campaigns with precision, setting up tracking mechanisms to measure every click, lead, and conversion, building and refining customer outreach funnels using outbound tools, collaborating on landing page CRO, A/B testing, and retargeting strategy, launching and iterating on rapid growth experiments, owning performance marketing metrics, and presenting actionable insights regularly.

The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech, deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance tracking tools, experience with CRO tools and landing page builders, an agile and self-starter mindset, and comfort adapting strategies quickly.
