- Negotiate and assess top talent, aligning with organizational goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, optimizing recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT and/or Telecom, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
