Technical Interview Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Interview Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our content creation team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality technical interview questions that assess engineering talent worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and excellent communication skills. They will be able to create engaging and relevant interview questions that meet stakeholder specifications and Karat standards.
You will work closely with our team to develop and refine our content, ensuring it is accurate, consistent, and effective. If you have a passion for creating high-quality content and assessing engineering talent, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements- At least 2 years of professional experience as a software engineer
- Project management or previous experience conducting technical interviews for Software Engineering hiring
- Able to program in a common programming language
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Generative AI/ChatGPT is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with high output and strict deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
This position is only available to candidates residing in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune. Our team operates remotely, but we are currently limiting hiring to this specific location.
