Job Description:


This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing expert-level support and resolving any related issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and identify areas for process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality customer support and meet or exceed performance targets
  • Assist customers with their online purchases and resolve any related issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback and sentiment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
