Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to provide accurate sales information analysis and demand forecasting process to ensure company plan objectives are achieved. This position will be responsible for building vital tools/models to support demand forecasting for monthly demand planning, annual demand planning, and ad-hoc requests.

  • Develop and implement effective demand forecasting processes to facilitate optimal business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide timely and accurate volume performance analysis considering both internal inputs (Brand, TM&D, and Activation) and external factors (Industry exchange, POS share, etc).
  • Collaborate with the market Trade team, line manager, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment in DRM & S&OP meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a demand planning role with strong cognitive ability to build forecasting and tracking models from business needs.
  • Leadership and team player attitude with good communication and presentation skills.
  • Sophisticated Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Power BI) and strategic analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams at the same time and timely delivery of monthly demand forecasting files, sales reports, and tracking tools.
