">The role of Territory Manager is a critical part of Unilever Food Solutions' team, responsible for driving sales and business growth through fostering strong relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones.
Key responsibilities include effective distribution management, execution of operator activities within the assigned area, and enhancing chefmanship capabilities, all while ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets across all channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Drive chefmanship capability for the entire team, conducting regular kitchen trainings with Chefs and enhancing their skills.
- Analyzing market feedback and competitive activities, disseminating this information to relevant stakeholders.
- Executing projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies with meticulous attention to detail.
- Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis, utilizing strong analytical skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred
