
Customer Experience Manager

This role involves overseeing the daily functioning of our retail stores to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store inventory levels, order supplies, and conduct regular stock audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Provide top-notch customer service, respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints, and build strong relationships with customers.
- Train and mentor retail staff to meet sales targets, offer coaching and feedback, and support their professional growth within the team.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional events to boost sales and engagement.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in a design industry setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- The capacity to adapt to a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adjust to changing circumstances.
