We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client engagement and market expansion in the tech space.
This role involves playing a pivotal part in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with internal teams to implement strategies across platforms such as Upwork and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads and identify potential clients via platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other online channels
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial contact to deal closure
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and service presentations
- Understand client requirements and align company services accordingly
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, outreach, and closures
- Stay updated on industry trends, market movements, and competitive offerings
- 1–3 years of proven experience in business development or IT sales
- Proficiency in lead generation and client handling on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Time management and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
