Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foode Service Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food services.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Organize and supervise shifts to meet operational demands
- Supervise waiting staff and provide assistance as needed to maintain exceptional customer service standards
- Maintain accurate records of costs and revenues on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000:2018, JCIA, and HACCP hygiene standards through regular monitoring and training
- Provide welcoming and responsive customer service at all times
- Prepare and serve food according to recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure availability of food items during operations opening, closing, and food preparation
- Manage staff in preparing food, servicing customers, and coordinating deliveries
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
- Intermediate or graduate degree preferred
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality management an added advantage
- 3-5 years of experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a reputable institute/restaurant or similar role
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Ability to work and handle fast-paced food services operations
- Knowledge of ISO22000:2018 Food Safety Management System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package
- Strong verbal and written skills in English and Urdu
- Good computation and reporting skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse teams
- Willingness to work in shifts
