Job Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Scalable Systems: Create APIs, services, and data pipelines to support our mobile and web applications.
  • Ensure Reliability and Performance: Optimize system architecture to handle rapid growth and large-scale user activity.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, develop, and deploy new features.
  • Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Follow best practices in software development, testing, and documentation.
  • Own Deployment and Monitoring: Manage services from development to production, ensuring high availability and quick incident response.
  • Improve Continuously: Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and best practices to keep our systems modern and efficient.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of backend development experience, ideally in designing, building, and maintaining production systems.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals: algorithms, data structures, and system design.
  • Proficiency in .NET Core.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Passion for building reliable, secure, and high-performance systems.
  • Team-oriented mindset: open to feedback, willing to help others, and collaborative in problem-solving.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with other backend languages such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Node.js.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
