Business Growth Specialist

The role of Business Growth Specialist is pivotal in driving the expansion of Canadian financial professionals' client base and enhancing their market presence.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Identifying and cultivating potential leads for various financial services including life insurance, property and casualty, home and auto insurance, and mortgage services via Outbound Calling and Digital Strategies.
  2. Conducting thorough research to understand Canadian financial markets and identify customer needs and trends.

  4. Engaging with potential leads through multiple communication channels, ensuring professional representation of our clients.
  5. Accurately recording and maintaining lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  6. Implementing effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  7. Regularly tracking and reporting on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. A deep understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. The ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
