Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjustment Processing: Handle and post manual adjustments across various financial transactions with precision and accuracy.
  • Negative Balance Recovery: Collaborate with recovery agents to investigate and resolve negative balances in a timely manner.
  • Anomaly Investigation: Identify and resolve unreconciled entries with support from relevant teams, ensuring seamless transaction processing.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Foster strong relationships with different teams, including Settlements and Customer Experience, to drive business success.
  • Risk Flagging: Escalate high-risk issues and suggest mitigation plans to leadership, protecting our customers' interests.
  • Process Documentation: Maintain accurate records, memos, SLAs, and processing manuals of all given tasks, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, control, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 0–2 years in processing, settlements, or reconciliation in fintech or banking, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Detail-Oriented: Precision is your default; accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
  • Problem Solver: You spot gaps, ask the right questions, and fix root causes to deliver exceptional results.
  • Team Player: You collaborate openly and communicate clearly to achieve business objectives.
  • Ownership: You take full responsibility for your tasks and follow through on commitments.
