The role of the ESG Specialist involves supporting a company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance framework. This includes monitoring regulatory requirements, internal policies, sustainable supply chain initiatives, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor regulatory landscape to ensure adherence to current and forthcoming regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain ESG compliance.
  • Track ESG materials and develop data mapping processes.
  • Implement traceability mapping of material usage in the supply chain to reduce waste.
  • Update policies to enhance packaging strategies.
  • Support other ESG initiatives within the supply chain to drive operational efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation and submit timely reporting.

A successful candidate will possess a degree in Law, Science, Logistics, or a related field, along with experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs. They should have a strong understanding of local and international regulations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in compliance management tools and reporting systems.

We seek a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to handle sensitive information, travel occasionally, and possess excellent communication skills.
