Freight Forwarding Director

This key leadership role will oversee the establishment and management of our inbound freight forwarding operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive growth, optimize logistics costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation to ensure seamless execution of logistics processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 16 years of experience in logistics, with a strong background in freight forwarding, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
