International Transportation Operations Director

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Business Manager to oversee daily operation activities, manage and plan both domestic and international transportation to meet customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 13+ years of logistics management experience and a proven record of leadership and performance.
Responsibilities:- Direct and provide leadership in implementing short-range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet business mission and strategic plans.
- Manage daily operations to successfully deliver results, focusing on customer service and finance activities.
- Increase overall productivity by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies, and capturing growth opportunities.
- Manage various functions related to air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Evaluate operational best practices with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, logistics, or Supply Chain required.
- 13+ years of logistics management experience required.
- 5+ years of experience as a logistics manager with a proven record of leadership and performance required.
- Strong understanding of the international transportation/freight forwarding industry required.
