Global Logistics Executive Leader

This role oversees daily operation activities, manages and plans both domestic and international transportation to meet customer satisfaction. Effective communication with customers, carriers, and internal management staff is crucial to maximize branch operation growth.
Key responsibilities include directing and implementing short-range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet business mission and strategic plans.
- Manage various functions related to air/ocean transportation, local distribution, drayage, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Ensure operational best practices align with customer requirements and company guidelines.
- Conduct investigations for service failures, accidents, misconduct, security issues, or claims and provide support and/or response as needed.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, logistics or Supply Chain, and 13+ years of Logistics Management experience. Additionally, they must have strong understanding of the international transportation/freight forwarding industry, cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
Requirements and Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in business-related field, logistics or Supply Chain required.
- 13+ years of Logistics Management experience required.
- 5+ year experience as a logistics manager with a proven record of leadership and performance required.
