Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining high standards of service quality, and contributing to a positive and welcoming hotel environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive in anticipating and resolving guest needs, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of room availability and hotel policies.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints, and escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of hotel services, including housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge.
