Administrative Leadership Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to excel as a leader, overseeing various administrative tasks and driving operational efficiency.

  • Negotiate and Supervise Refurbishment Work: Ensure timely completion and optimal results for refurbishment projects.
  • Support the Nonacademic Director: Provide practical and administrative support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Procurement Expertise: Leverage established relationships with vendors to procure major and minor items, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Cultivate Strong Working Relationships: Foster a collaborative environment by developing strong working relationships with diverse individuals.

As this position involves frequent travel within Karachi, applicants must possess their own vehicle for efficient performance of duties.

Job Requirements and Specifications

Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, enabling them to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in typing intelligible English is essential, as is familiarity with various equipment vendors and the challenges associated with interacting with banks and government offices.

While experience in school administration is preferred, it is not mandatory. However, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in Information Technology and Services, with a strong understanding of the local market in Karachi, Pakistan.
